Upholstered Products
Frame
Within 10 years from purchase, if the frame breaks,
we repair or replace the frame free of charge
Foam
Within 10 years from purchase, if collapse occurs,
we replace the foam free of charge
Fabric
Within 5 years from purchase,
if fabric shrinks, deforms, or is damaged,
we replace the fabric free of charge (some fabrics require dry cleaning)
Genuine Leather
Within 10 years from purchase,
if the leather surface peels (excluding finish wear from normal use),
we repair or replace the leather free of charge
Custom Woodwork Products
Solid Wood
Within 10 years from purchase, if solid wood warps
or breaks, we repair or replace it free of charge
Panels
Within 10 years from purchase, if edge banding or veneer detaches
or cracks, we repair or replace the panel free of charge
Hardware
Within 5 years from purchase, if hinges,
drawer slides, or locks are damaged, we repair
or replace them free of charge
Marble
Within 10 years from purchase, if the marble protective coating peels,
we repair the marble free of charge
Replacement products and parts are provided by Guangdong Hange headquarters; on-site installation and technical support are provided by local HIK stores.
After the warranty period, we continue lifetime maintenance. Items not listed above may be free or charged based on actual conditions.
The right to revise and interpret these terms belongs to Guangdong Hange Home Furnishing headquarters.
